The offer and sale of products on the website ("doolittlebaby.com") are governed by the following General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Products purchased on doolittlebaby.com are sold directly by Eleven S.r.l. (The “Seller”), with registered office in Italy, Viale della Navigazione Interna , 87/A – 35027 Noventa Padovana (Padua), Reg. Reg. of Comp., Italian Tax Code and VAT no. 07093280969

1. Our business policy
1.1
The Seller offers products for sale on doolittlebaby.com, and executes e-commerce transactions only with end users who are "consumers".
1.2
A "consumer", is any natural person using doolittlebaby.com for purposes that are not related to any commercial, business or professional activities. If you are not a "consumer", please do not perform any business transactions through doolittlebaby.com
1.3
Considering its business policy, the Seller reserves the right to not process any orders from persons other than the "Consumer" and any orders that do not comply with its business policy.
1.4
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall only apply to the offer, submission and acceptance of product purchase orders on doolittlebaby.com, between users of doolittlebaby.com and the Seller.
1.5
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale do not regulate the provision of services or the sale of goods by parties other than the Seller on doolittlebaby.com through links, banners or other hyperlinks. Before submitting any orders or purchasing goods and services from parties other than the Seller, we suggest that you read their sales conditions, as the Seller is not responsible for the provision of services by third parties other than the Seller or for e-commerce transactions between users of doolittlebaby.com and third parties.
2. How to execute the contract with the Seller
2.1
In order to execute a purchase contract for one or more products on doolittlebaby.com, it is necessary to complete the purchase order electronically and send it to the Seller, electronically, following the relevant instructions.
2.2
Before purchasing the products by submitting your order form, you will be asked to carefully read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Withdrawal Right. We will provide you with a summary of our commercial and contractual conditions offered for the purchase of products, which contains a reference to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and a summary of the information relevant to the essential features of each product ordered with the relevant price (including all applicable taxes), methods of payment that can be used to purchase each product, delivery methods for the products purchased, methods for handling claims by the seller, delivery costs; as well as references and physical and e-mail address of the Seller. The Seller will also provide you with a summary of the terms and conditions for exercising your withdrawal right and the terms and time periods for returning your products (from the Return Form). You will also be provided with an indication of the circumstances in which you will lose your right to withdraw from the contract. If applicable to the purchase, you will be informed that you will be responsible for the cost for the return of the products in the event of withdrawal. In any case, you will be reminded that there is a legal guarantee of conformity of products, and you will receive the contact details of our after-sales service.
2.3 In the order form, displayed immediately before the execution of a purchase contract, we will provide you with a summary of the products you are purchasing, their price (including any applicable taxes) and shipping costs (including any additional costs incurred by you for choosing a different and/or faster delivery and shipping method). The contract is deemed executed when the Seller receives your order electronically, after verifying that all the data you have provided is correct.
2.4
Your order will be stored in our database for the period of time required for processing your order and in any case within the time limits laid down by the law. It is possible to consult your order history in the orders section of your account (restricted area for registered users only)
2.5
When submitting your order, you will be warned that this implies the obligation to pay the price shown on the order. Before submitting your order, you will also be requested to identify and correct any errors in your data.
2.6
The language for execution of the contract with the Seller is Italian.
2.7
Once the contract is executed the Seller will take on your purchase order.
2.8
The Seller reserves the right to not process any purchase orders that do not provide sufficient solvency guarantees or that are incomplete or incorrect, or where the products are not available.
In these cases, you will receive an e-mail notification informing you that the contract has not been executed and that the Seller has not processed your purchase order, specifying the reasons.
If the products shown on doolittlebaby.com are no longer available or for sale at the time of your last access to the website or when you submit your order, the Seller will inform you promptly, and in any case within thirty (30) days starting from the day after you have submitted your order to the Seller, that the products you have ordered are not available. Where the order is sent and the price paid, the Seller will make sure to refund, without undue delay, the amount you have already paid and the contract between the parties will be terminated.
2.9
By submitting your order, you accept unconditionally and undertake to comply with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale for your relations with the Seller. If you do not agree with any of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, please do not submit your order for the purchase of products on doolittlebaby.com
2.10
By submitting your order, you confirm that you have read and accepted our General Terms and Conditions of Sale and any other information on doolittlebaby.com, also provided through links, including our General Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Right of Withdrawal.
2.11
Once the contract has been executed, the Seller will send you a receipt of your purchase order by e-mail, including a link to our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as all of the information already contained in the summary of commercial and contractual terms displayed prior to the purchase.
2.12
Please bear in mind that the products you purchase are intended for use in the country where you have placed your order; as a result, if you decide to bring the product to a different country, you will be responsible for doing so and you will be required to follow the regulations and restrictions applicable to both the country in which you have purchased the item and the country in which you are going to bring it. The Seller accepts no liability in this respect.
3. Warranties and information on product prices
3.1
The website doolittlebaby.com exclusively sells top quality products.
3.2
The Seller does not sell used or faulty products, or products that are inferior in quality compared to their equivalent versions available on the market.
3.3
Essential product features are shown in each product sheet on doolittlebaby.com. The images and colours of the products displayed on doolittlebaby.com may look different from the real products due to the Internet browser and monitor used.
3.4
Product prices are subject to change. Make sure you have checked the final price before submitting your order.
3.5
Orders from countries other than those listed in the Shipping section in the Customer Service area will not be accepted by the Seller.
3.6
All products are supplied with their original packaging and instructions, if any. Please do not to remove the instruction manual and the original packaging from the purchased products, of which they are an integral part.
3.7
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the Seller has the right to not accept the return or not fully refund the amount paid for products that do not come with the original packaging in all its parts and the relevant instruction manual, or products that have been changed in their essential and qualitative features or that have been damaged, as further explained in paragraph 8.10.
4. Payments
4.1
For the payment of the product price, shipment and delivery costs follow the instructions on the order form. In no case will you be charged costs that are higher than those actually incurred by the Seller, in relation to the payment method you have chosen.
4.2
If you pay by credit card, your financial information (for example, your credit/debit card number or its expiry date) will be sent, using an encrypted protocol, to paypal, which provide the relevant remote electronic payment services, without any third party having access to them in any way. This information will never be used by the Seller except to complete the procedures required for your purchase and refund you for any returned products following the exercise of your right of withdrawal, or where it is necessary to prevent or report any fraud on doolittlebaby.com to the police. The price for the purchase of the products plus shipping and delivery costs, as specified in the order form, will be charged to you when the order is confirmed.
5. Coupons
5.1
Coupons are personalised codes that allow you to use a discount on purchases made on doolittlebaby.com
5.2
The coupon box is displayed at the end of the purchase process: once the articles are placed in the cart the code can be entered into the coupon box when registered on the website.
5.3
Limitations on the use of coupons:
Coupons can be used only once, except for returns (as indicated in point 5.4);
Coupons cannot be converted into cash;
You cannot use multiple coupons in the same order;
Coupons do not apply to promotional products
Coupons cannot be used for OUTLET items.
However, for applicability and validity, please refer to the coupon itself and check the expiry date, conditions of use and minimum order amount.
5.4
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the item that you have purchased using a coupon, following the standard return procedure specified in the Return section. Once your return has been accepted, the relevant code will be reactivated with its original value. The difference in the amount you have paid to purchase the item will be refunded according to the terms and time frames envisaged for the normal reimbursement procedure.
6. Shipping and delivery of products
6.1
Shipping takes place FREE DOMICILE within 2-5 working days and shipping cost is 6.99€ for order under 49,00 €.
Deliveries are made by the BTR courier for Italy and FEDEX for other countries during office hours from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. The courier will make 3 delivery attempts; after the third, the order will return to our warehouse.
All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to change shipping and delivery times.
If the placed order contains items with a different availability date, the order will be processed with a single shipment when all the items ordered are available.

8. Right of withdrawal
8.1
You have the right to withdraw from the contract executed with the Seller without penalties and without specifying any reasons, within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the products purchased on doolittlebaby.com. In some specific cases.
8.2
To withdraw from the contract you can use our Return Form (which complies with the standard form pursuant to art. 49, par. 4 of the Italian Consumer Code) to be completed and submitted on-line through doolittlebaby.com, or write and send to the Seller any other express declaration of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
If you choose to use the Return Form to be submitted on-line through the website doolittlebaby.com, the Seller will send you an e-mail confirmation that your request for withdrawal has been received.
If you choose to send another type of declaration of withdrawal, you will be responsible for proving that you have exercised your right of withdrawal correctly and timely.
8.3
Once you have withdrawn from the contract, you must return the products to the Seller, delivering them to the courier for shipping within fourteen (14) days of your notification to the Seller of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
8.4
The only cost you will have to bear is the cost of returning the products.
8.5
The Right of Withdrawal - in addition to compliance with the terms and procedures described in points 8.1, 8.2, 8.3 and 8.4 above - is intended to be exercised correctly if the following conditions are fully met:
a) the Return Form you have submitted on-line through the website doolittlebaby.com or any other explicit declaration of your decision to withdraw from the contract must be properly completed and sent to the Seller within fourteen (14) days of receiving the products;
b) the products must not have been used or washed;
c) any tags that accompany the product and the instruction manual, where applicable, must still be attached to or accompany the products, as they are an integral part of the goods;
d) the products must be returned in their original box/packaging (the package must be sealed as originally; if you want to return a kit, you need to return all the items in it);
e) the returned products must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) days from the notification to the Seller of your decision to withdraw from the contract;
f) the products must not be damaged.
8.6
If your Right of Withdrawal is exercised following the terms and time frames indicated in this paragraph 8, the Seller will refund any amounts already collected for the purchase of the products pursuant to the envisaged terms and time frames.
8.7
The amount will be refunded in the shortest time possible and, in any case, we will activate the refund procedure within fourteen (14) days of receiving the products, after verifying that you have complied with the above terms and conditions, as indicated in paragraph 9.
8.8
If the terms and conditions for exercising your right of withdrawal have not been complied with, as specified in letters a), e) and f) of paragraph 8.5 above, you will not be entitled to a refund of the amount you have already paid to the Seller. Within 14 days of sending the e-mail notification that the return has not been accepted, you can request that the products be sent back to you, at your expense, in the state in which they were returned to the Seller, after notifying the Seller pursuant to the procedures that will be communicated to you. Otherwise, the Seller will keep the products, in addition to the amount you have already paid for the purchase of the same. If the conditions set out in letters b), c) and d) of paragraph 8.5 above are not met, you will not be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid to the Seller. You will be responsible for the depreciation of the returned products, resulting from your use of the product (other than that authorised by the Seller) to ascertain the nature, characteristics and operation of the products. In this case, a percent of between 10 and 90 percent of the amount you have paid to the Seller to purchase the returned products will be deducted from the refund, pursuant to that which has been specifically notified to you, via e-mail, by the Seller.
Within 14 days of sending the e-mail notification that the return has not been accepted, you can request that the products be sent back to you, at your expense, in the state in which they were returned to the Seller, after notifying the Seller pursuant to the procedures that will be communicated to you. Otherwise, the Seller may keep the products and an amount corresponding to the percentage deducted from the refund.
9. Terms and times for refunds
9.1
Following the return of products, the Seller will provide for the necessary inspections relevant to the compliance of the same to the terms and conditions indicated in paragraph 8. If the inspections are completed with positive results, the Seller will send you an e-mail confirmation that the returned products have been accepted. If the result of the inspection is not positive, the Seller will notify you via e-mail that the value of the returned products has decreased due to your failure to comply with the conditions specified under letters b) c) and d) in paragraph 8.5 above. At the same time, the Seller will also inform you of the amount that will be deducted from the cost paid by you for the purchase of the products; this is without prejudice to your possibility of requesting that the products be sent back to you in the state in which they were returned to the Seller, at your expense, as specified in paragraph 8.8 above.
9.2
Regardless of the payment method you have used, the Seller will refund you, either in full or in part, in the shortest possible time and in any case within fourteen (14) days of the date the Seller became aware that you exercised your right of withdrawal, after verifying that it was exercised correctly and inspecting the returned products.
9.3
The Seller will refund you using the same payment method used by you to purchase the returned products. If the recipient of the products specified in the order form is not the same as the person who made the payment for their purchase, in the event that you exercise your right of withdrawal, the amount will in any case be refunded by the Seller to the person who has made the payment.
9.4
The value date of the refund is the same as the date of payment; therefore, you will not risk losing any bank interest.

11. Applicable law and settlement of disputes
11.1
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are regulated by Italian Law and, specifically, by Italian Legislative Decree 206 of 6 September 2005, on the Consumer Code at Title I “Rights of Consumers for contracts”, with specific reference to laws for distance contracts and Italian Legislative Decree 70 of 9 April 2003 regarding certain aspects of e-commerce.
12. Amendments and updates
12.1
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are amended from time to time including for any regulatory amendments. The new General Terms and Conditions of Sale will be effective from the date of publication on doolittlebaby.com.
